    1. Motion by Jerem Haack second by Craig Severs to approve the October 27, 2025, regular board meeting minutes and the November 10, 2025, canvassing meeting minutes.  Motion passes (6-0)

    2. Motion by Kayla Johnson second by Jerem Haack to approve the Invoices, Financial Statements, Bank Reconciliation, Wire Transfers, and Purchase Card Statement.  Motion passes (6-0)

    3. Approval of Personnel - Appointments
      1. Motion by Kayla Johnson second by Robyn Sonstegard to approve the appointments, resignations, and renewals as presented.

i. Appointments:  Becky Severin - School Office Secretary, Charles Hammons - Night Shift Custodian, Tony Brouse - Varsity Baseball Coach, Makaylah Lucek - Girls JH Basketball Coach, Gary Moeller - Boys C-Team Basketball Coach, David Pederson - Youth Sports Coordinator

  1. Motion by Craig Severs second by Jerem Haack to approve the termination of employment with Brian Peterson, Bus Driver, effective 11/3/2025.  Motion passes (6-0)

  2. Motion by Jerem Haack second by Craig Severs to approve the termination of employment with Gerald Thompson, Custodian, effective 10/29/2025.  Motion passes (6-0)

  3. Motion by Kayla Johnson_ second by Nate Hayes to approve the Certification of Minutes Relating to School Building Bonds and Capital Project Levy.  Motion passes (6-0)

  4. Motion by Robyn Sonstegard second by Kayla Johnson to approve the FY25 Audit.  Motion passes (6-0)

  5. Motion by Kayla Johnson_ second by Robyn Sonstegard to approve the 2025-2027 Master Teacher Agreement with Lake of the Woods Education Association (LWEM).  Motion passes (5-0, Nate Hayes abstained)

  6. Motion by Robyn Sonstegard second by Jerem Haack to approve the Memorandum of Understanding with Lake of the Woods Education Association (LWEM) for the compensation of music teachers when teaching band or choir and elementary general music.  Motion passes (6-0)

  7. Motion by Craig Severs second by Kayla Johnson to approve the Memorandum of Understanding with Lake of the Woods Education Association (LWEM) on eligibility and compensation of teachers when completing training to meet requirements of the READ Act.  Motion passes (6-0)
